Avec un peu de recul, il est évident que sans le professionnalisme, le relationnel et la pugnacité d’Alison nous n’aurions jamais réussi à financer notre villa de Marbella ….et aurions perdu gros ! En effet, nous avions commis l’erreur de signer le contrat de vente au nom de notre SCI française, forme juridique inexistante en Espagne, ce qui a particulièrement compliqué le dossier, d’autant que le promoteur a tout fait pour ne pas nous arranger, trop désireux de pouvoir récupérer notre acompte et de revendre la villa plus cher dans la foulée puisque les prix avaient grimpés en flèche durant la construction !!!
