Is Your Mortgage Broker Regulated By The Bank of Spain?

Bank of Spain in Madrid

Important Notice!

Spanish banks are tightening upon those that can offer mortgage broker services in Spain, just as the FCA did to financial advisors in the UK. Things have changed and finance regulations are the best they have ever been.

That’s why, we are pleased to announce that Alison Lowther de Cotta trading as Mortgage Matters Spain is one of the few international mortgage brokers in Spain to have achieved the new regulatory license from the Bank of Spain (Banco de España). Alison is fully regulated by the Bank of Spain (Banco de España) and registered in the Banco de España’s official register for Licensed Independent Mortgage Brokers (ICI’s – Intermediarios de Credito Inmobiliario) under License Number D154.

Mortgage Matters Spain feels proud to have achieved this license and to be able to offer their clients a fully regulated finance service.

If you want professional, regulated and independent advice from a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor (both in the UK and Spain), please do get in touch on +34 951 120 072 because we won’t settle for anything less, so why should you.

Happy House Hunting!
